While each clients needs vary, this is how we generally work with clients to ensure they have the trip of a lifetime.

  • Submit your inquiry and spare no details: your vision, your travel dates, your must-haves, your "wouldn't that be incredible" wishlist. The more you share, the better.

  • We'll connect to talk through your vision, answer your questions, and make sure we understand exactly what this trip means to you. This is where the good ideas start to take shape.

  • Tangerine gets to work building a curated travel proposal: destination options, accommodation recommendations, itinerary concepts, and experience ideas, all tailored to your vision and budget. No generic suggestions, no copy-paste itineraries.

  • Once you love the plan, we handle every booking, confirmation, and logistical detail. You'll receive regular updates so you always know exactly where things stand without having to chase anyone down for answers.

  • Your travel documents, itinerary, and destination guide are delivered before you leave. And if anything comes up while you're traveling, Tangerine is reachable. Go enjoy every single moment.

  • Tangerine specializes in celebratory travel — honeymoons, anniversary trips, milestone birthday getaways, bachelorette trips, friend group travel, destination weddings, and group retreats. That said, if you're planning a trip that matters to you, it matters to us. Reach out and let's talk.

  • Not at all! Tangerine curates both domestic and international trips. Whether you're dreaming of the Amalfi Coast or a long weekend in Charleston, we bring the same level of care and intention to every destination.

  • Absolutely — and it's one of our specialties. From sorority trips and social club getaways to corporate retreats and destination wedding guest travel, Tangerine handles the coordination that makes group travel feel effortless rather than exhausting. We go beyond room blocks — we build a full, elevated group experience.

  • The earlier, the better — especially for international travel, destination weddings, or peak season trips. Ideally, we love to connect at least three to nine months in advance. That said, if your timeline is shorter, reach out anyway and we'll discuss what's possible.

  • Tangerine charges a planning fee of $250 for groups of 5 or fewer travelers. Fees for larger groups vary depending upon the complexity of the trip.. We'll discuss all fees during your consultation so there are no surprises. Our goal is to make sure the investment feels completely worth it—because it will be.

  • We’re definitely not your mother’s travel agency! We don’t just book trips—we bring industry knowledge, destination insight, and tips you won’t find scrolling on a discount booking website. Plus, I’ll always secure the best available hotel rate (and match it if you find better) and add VIP perks to your trip whenever possible—room upgrades, resort credits, early check-in, late checkout, oh my! And most importantly? I take the guesswork out of it. You don’t know what you don’t know… but I do. Why risk it?
